We are open every day from 07.30 - 20.00.
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is at 12:00 on the day of departure. Later check-out can be arranged subject to availability - and for a fee
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. It is recommended to request this in advance or check with the hotel upon arrival.
A complimentary bread breakfast is offered to all our guests. Breakfast is from 07:30-10:00 on weekdays, and 08:00 - 11:00 on weekends.
All guests can use our internet for free. A code for the network is given at check-in/booking.
We offer luggage storage for guests arriving early or leaving late. This service is free of charge.
Pets are generally not allowed, but guide dogs and companion dogs are welcome here.
Unfortunately, the dogs will not have access to the breakfast room.
If the dog stays in the same room as the guest, and proof of the dog working as a guide dog or service dog is provided - there is no additional charge.
There are few rooms that can be used by dogs, so please let us know before you arrive - so we can check the availability of our dog-friendly rooms.

We offer concierge services to help our guests book tours, tickets or activities in the local area. We can provide recommendations and help with reservations.
Our guests can use the hotel's backyard for parking for a fee of NOK 150,-. Parking must be booked in advance as there are limited spaces. To get to the parking lots, you must drive in at Nordre Tollbodgate 2 (yellow house)
